kde library problem?

Maybe I missed others having this problem:

All of a sudden my uptodate F10 kde apps hang on launching.

For example, when I start quanta from the console, I get:

When I start kb3, okular and others, they just hang with no error message.

I googled around, but didn't find anything recent.
