Yeah this is one of the issues I had - with the same chipset - I called the
vesa driver in the kernel boot line (adding xdriver=vesa) to get going and
then changed the grub entry to do this for the next boot. I also added
"nomodeset" as well!
The Intel Integrated Graphics is currently the subject of much needed
development for F11 since there is a big push to get kms working with these.
You will see a current project to test the state of this in Fedora Test
List.
