RAID1 /dev/md4 lost one disk partion /dev/sdb4 after reboot, WHY??

no, it is not Fedora on ARM, This is a small linux box as a NAS. I
took out disk (WD) and did re-formatting on a fedora system. and put
back to this small NAS system
