Printer install

Hi, 

please can you send me the steps that how to install printer. I lot of tried but its not working. thank you

I have a 2550n, I just said something like "add printer" then selected 
"jetdirect" and "scan", and it just found it. Of course, that assumes 
you're using the "n" (ethernet) feature. 

My other computers (including a few windows ones) connect to it 
independently.
