Globbing with scp

Looks fine to me. This:

  scp *.txt user at host:

Works just fine. Note that globbing happens locally.

I stringly suggest you generate yourself some keypairs with ssh-keygen
and use an agent (ssh-agent). Then you won't have to type passwords all
the time.
