question on mail (sendmail, dovecot, fetchmail)

I found out why this happens:
info is in /etc/aliases aliased with the postmaster which is root
so I changed info in /etc/aliases

Still I wonder how I can see the folder 'sent' in every client I use  
remotely. Client configured as IMAP
