Update failures on 2 F11 systems.

Known problem, there was a bad push, and you must be using a mirror which is not 
up to date. If you are using the 'fastest mirror' feature, note which repository 
you are using, and remove it from the mirrors list in 
/etc/yum/pluginconf.d/fastestmirror.conf (or delete the file).

I think the problem below is the same thing, same fix should get you going.
