stop stupidly telling people to do "yum clean all" when it's not necessary

I would prefer the use of the work "ignorant".  People will get just as
offended as if you've used "dumb/stupid/wrong" but at least you could
then turn around and tell them that ignorant doesn't mean what they
think it means.  :-)
