You don't need to use cdrom:// or cdrom://hdd:// etc, locally mounted 
optical media is usable, just mount your media
and use it's path. e.g. /media/dvdrecorder or /media/cdrom or similar.

This is a better method than cdrom:// or any other combination of using 
a URL, as
Jeremy stated Kadischi already proposes the method to Anaconda the way 
it is needed.
e.g. nfs://media/cdrom
