Not really, I was just lazy and didn't want to track down
which packages and deps a "yum groupinstall XFCE" would involve.

In general, I found being able to use yum with unmodified
repos in %post easier.  We already have a local mirror of the
fedora repos and I didn't want to change anything with them.

Otherwise, yeah, creating a separate repo would be fine.
