I wrote that there in cae anyone wanted to muck with RAWHIDE CDs. It is 
incomplete
and no, I cannot say myself that is what they use in RHEL, or if they 
even have createrepo.

All things relating on the Kadischi/FAQ are going to be FC derived.
Your application to other distributions is your own exercise. :-D
