The main reason it's there is if someone puts in the koji static repos
repo or a few other cases, then you can end up with the -debuginfo
getting pulled in.  Sure, it's not likely, but I've been bit by it more
than once now :-)

Sure, could easily be moved if that makes things easier.  And
realistically, it probably makes sense to anyway since the kde config is
already doing -gnome-games, which might as well mean that it's not
selected there either.
