Yeah, there's likely to still be a little bit of flux so I haven't taken
the time to do the Makefile jiggering especially as it's
straight-forward enough to just run out of the checkout.  Of course, if
someone wanted to fix it up, I wouldn't complain.  The easiest way might
actually be to switch it to use distutils as opposed to just a generic
makefile
