The main thing missing in livecd-tools is the ability to do the isolinux
config for a Xen kernel.  It's not that bad to do and a patch should be
pretty straight-forward.  The big things are 
  a) detect that it's a xen kernel
  b) write out hypervisor, kernel + initrd and include mboot com32
module
