[Fedora-livecd-list] [PATCH] Use yum API instead of exec'ing yum directly

Attached switches to using the yum API instead of os.system of yum.
Tested with yum-3.1.3-2 which will be in tomorrow's rawhide but should
work fine with other versions[1]

Note that this patch does _not_ apply on top of the pykickstart patch.
I need to sit down and merge the two but wanted to go ahead and get this
out before the weekend.
