[Fedora-livecd-list] Problems building live CD

I'm trying to build a custom CD, using the installed package from F8.
I started with the F8 release repository, fiddled a few packages and
rebuilt the repodata (using 'createrepo -d')

When I run the live CD creator, I get this error:

Error creating Live CD : Unable to download from repo : failure: repodata/primary.sqlite.bz2 from
released: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

BTW, the only repo I have enabled in my kickstart file is:
  repo --name=released --baseurl=file:///mnt/work/live/FC8_PPC/ppc/os/
