[Fedora-livecd-list] Can I create Livecd x86_64 on i686 mashine?

No[1], creating the live image requires installing the packages which
also requires running the %post scripts of various packages.  These
invoke the binaries which would then be x86_64 binaries which you can't
run on a 32 bit system
