Right, but we're passing around srpms. They're already made up. It seems
a bit inaccurate.

To give you a bit more info:
 - mach reads the buildreqs from the srpms - and tries to satisfy them
 - it also parses the spec file and tries to satisfy the reqs in there -
mostly looking for ifdef's, though, iirc.
