mozilla-nss is dead, long live nss

Just a note that mozilla-nss is no longer in the tree.

Packages should depend on nss instead, and nss-devel for building. I've
rebuilt evolution and xmlsec1 already to support this.
Note that there is now a version jump. NSS is currently at v3.11 (and
NSPR is at 4.6), so packages which checked for mozilla-nss >= 1.x should
also update their version checks (nss 1.x would not be usable).

Bug reports go in bugzilla.
