Fedora Extras heads-up - CVS is branching

Hey there hackers!

In order to allow Extras development to proceed full-speed, all the Fedora
Extras module will have an FC-3 branch very shortly.

The main thing to keep in mind is that the 'devel' branch is now
targetting FC4, while the new 'FC-3' branch will be Fedora Extras for FC3.

Again, when committing, put FC3 stuff on the FC-3 branch, and FC4+ stuff
on the devel branch.
