I do exactly that, but the list of --disablerepo switches gets a tad
tedious to build.

I suppose I should note that I have non Fedora repos such as Dag,
Freshrpms, PlanetCCRMA, Gstreamer, and a few more.

Currently running an FC3 to FC4 upgrade via Yum on my x86_64 system.
Fingers crossed.
