mismatch of versions between arches

We could create more tracker bugs: "FC4 x86_64 tracker"  "FC4 ppc
tracker"; Those could be dep bugs for the "FC4 general tracker" bug. You
would see the arch deps in that dependecytree then. 

Similar like Bug 155836 in the dep-tree of

I was planing something like that anyway to track x86_64 bugs better.
