Last plans I heard discussed was the possibility of pushing GNOME 2.13 
during the FC5 cycle.  This may end up with RC in FC5 final, however if 
Fedora slips further we may end up with 2.14 final.  Nothing is certain 
in plans yet.  When I know more I'll update here.
