failed builds and logs

Hi Everyone,
 Just a heads up - I made a minor change to the buildsys log retention.
Up to this point we were keeping build logs around pretty much forever.
Well, yah, that gets big. Really big. So we're keeping them for 15 days
and then they'll be tmpwatch reaped away. I figure if you haven't been
able to look at your extras failed build report w/i 2 weeks then you can
just request the build again. :)
