gtk+ stuff moving out of Core

All this talk about how to make the transition smooth and yet in todays 
rawhide report:

Removed package Guppi

Removed package oaf

Removed package gal

Removed package gnome-print

Removed package gnome-libs

I don't see them imported into Extras, not to mention going through 
review and actually built. Sure, it's rawhide and I couldn't personally 
care less which way it breaks but...
