extras buildsys broken?

Hi,

I successfully imported bsdiff package after approval to extras CVS, but
when trying to build it I see:

$ /usr/bin/plague-client build bsdiff bsdiff-4_3-1_fc6 devel
Error connecting to build server: '(113, 'No route to host')'

The plague client config ~/.plague-client.cfg points to
https://buildsys.fedoraproject.org:8887 but:

$ host buildsys.fedoraproject.org
extras64.linux.duke.edu has address 152.3.220.164

$ telnet 152.3.220.164 8887
Trying 152.3.220.164...
telnet: connect to address 152.3.220.164: No route to host
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: No route to host
