libpqxx upgrade

Hi,

I will push an libpqxx today which will change the libversion from
libpqxx-2.6.6.so to libpqxx-2.6.7.so. To my knowledge koffice is the only app
with a dependency on it (an I will push an koffice upgrade anyway after the
libpqxx build has completed). If not take this as an heads up...
