I'll propose Alienor (Bordeaux is historically the capital of Aquitaine,
and Alienor was its more colourful ruler)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alienor_of_Aquitaine

A fascinating lady which managed to start the hundred-years war just by
switching husbands, is associated to crusades, the Robin Hood period,
troubadours, culture, wealth...

Quitte an accomplishment for a woman of the middle ages. Since Fedora is
not quite there yet either, crediting this particular woman now would be
perfectly appropriate
