kernel-devel future?

Per today's automatic deps report, kernel-devel is not provided for
ppc.  Is this a one-time bug, or a permanent change?  kernel-devel
exists in the repo for i386 and x86_64.

If it's gone for good, what's replacing it (if anything)?
