Fedora Extras 3 and 4: Broken packages removed

After no response by package maintainers on the "broken deps" reports
mailed in November or later, I have removed the following binary packages
from the repository. Before triggering rebuilds of any updates, please
make sure you don't reintroduce broken dependencies.

Fedora Extras 3:

  python-nltk
  pyxdg
  smeg

Fedora Extras 4:

  geomview-plugins-1.8.1-11
