Move dbus-qt into Fedora Core?

Hi

dbus-qt is a package in Fedora Extras that K3b (as a build time optional 
dependency whicht takes advantage of hal to do things better) and 
possibly other KDE applications can take advantage of. If KDE itself is 
not being moved into Fedora Extras repository before the FC6 release 
(realistically by the second test release) then we probably should 
import dbus-qt into Fedora Core.
