Core package removal: liboldX, libxkbui

Neither of these libs is used at all in either core or extras, AFAICT.
liboldX is ABI compatibility for X10 applications, which would be
shocking to find since X10 never built on Linux to begin with. libxkbui
is used from the xorgcfg utility, but that's not built in Core; I don't
know of any other application that uses it.

Both will be dropped from Core in tomorrow's rawhide. If someone really
wants to revive libxkbui for some reason, it'd be a fine candidate for
Extras.
