libpqxx upgrade

Hi,
I am pushing a libpqxx upgrade on fc{4,5} and devel today which will change the
lib version from 2.5.5 to 2.6.6. This probably will only affect koffice which I
will push as soon es libpqxx has finished building but in case anything other
depends on this...
