libdvdread - OK for Extras?

Hello.

Apparently spot OK'd this but I've only heard it second hand, so I'd like
to ask here. The package does *not* contain libdvdcss. The review can be found
here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=216544
libdvdread has been present in Debian since June 2001.
