Yes, obsolete CURLOPTs are now removed in 7.16.10, these are:

CURLOPT_HTTPREQUEST, CURLOPT_FTPASCII, CURLOPT_MUTE,
CURLOPT_PASSWDFUNCTION, CURLOPT_PASSWDDATA, CURLOPT_CLOSEFUNCTION,
CURLOPT_SOURCE_HOST, CURLOPT_SOURCE_PATH, 
CURLOPT_SOURCE_PORT, CURLOPT_PASV_HOST
