Please add autoconf and automake to the buildroot

Or more properly it could be fixed by BuildRequiring it as you _know_ that
you'll need to run autoconf. Assuming that a version of autoconf/make is
already in the buildroot that would be suitable for your needs is a bad
assumption to make. It's a bummer your package broke, but its a good time to
fix your package.
