Please add autoconf and automake to the buildroot

But you didn't rerun the tools.  You assumed that the buildprocess would and 
that assumption failed because you didn't ensure that automake/conf was in 
the buildroot.  Had you explicitly ran automake, your build would have failed 
as the command wouldn't have been available.
