Fedora for tiny devices - exessive dependencies

I found another one thing that eats my HDD - different locales. We got
a way not to install docs, maybe there is a way not to install zillion
of different locales?

[root at dhcppc0 ~]# du -hs /usr/share/locale
40M     /usr/share/locale
