Yes please.  I'm not intersted in just switching SCMs.  I'm interested in 
improving / enhancing the workflow, taking that desired workflow and finding 
an SCM that suits it, or can be confirmed to suit it.  I want to work from 
the idea of a workflow rather than an idea of "here is this whizbang scm, we 
could do things _this_ way with this scm".
