EPEL stuff for todays (20070412) FESCO meeting

Important stuff regarding EPEL:

- we should have RHEL5 on the builders soon and will tell everybody who
might be waiting for a "go" signal to start for real then
- there are discussions to have a official chairman for the EPEL
steering committee -- is that okay (or even wanted?) by FESCo?
- there were three votings by the EPEL steering committee done via the
wiki; see

for details and the outcome . In short: no repotags (this was decided by
FESCo already months ago but came up again and was discussed again),
fedora-usermgmt does not get forbidden in EPEL and the mass-rebuild will
happen in a "delete repo and just rebuild everything again with RHEL5
final on the builders now"-style.
