Can upload tarball to FE CVS

Hi,

I am having problems in updating/uploading a tarball to FE's CVS:

# make new-sources FILES=Coin-2.4.6.tar.gz 

Checking : Coin-2.4.6.tar.gz on
https://cvs.fedora.redhat.com/repo/extras/upload.cgi...
ERROR: could not check remote file status
make: *** [new-sources] Error 255

Any insights?
