Where is rpm.org development discussed?

Hi,

rpm.org hosts lists for rpm maintainers, e.g. the rpm packagers of
various vendors. The old rpm-devel lists seems to be dedicated to rpm
development of the jbj codebase, at least that's what I'm being told
where I raise Fedora/RHEL issues there. And the rpm gods there are
less than cooperative.

So do we need a new rpm.org rpm-devel list?
