CVS/Buildsys Downtime

Hey everyone,

sorry for the short notice.  CVS and all buildsystems will be unavailable 
Friday 6th April - Sunday 8th April.  hopefully we will be done on Saturday  
but want to ensure that everything is up and running and right.

This is so that we can merge Core and Extras cvs together  along with the 
merge will be a new buildsys  koji.  

koji's source is at https://hosted.fedoraproject.org/projects/koji  it offers 
us much more flexibility than plague. koji has a web interface at 
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/ 

This is the final piece to having a merged fedora.  Thank you in advance for 
your patience and understanding.
