Note that the live CD for Fedora 7 has been including SCIM in all cases
since day 1.  So this is just increasing our overall consistency in
addition to fixing the groupremove case.

Should be straight-forward...

I would guess that this is pretty easy to do?

How much can we get in the next day or two so that we can also get eyes
on the change with test4?  Can we at least get the first two and the
backend of the third (ie, not necessarily the UI but the setting and a
simple description of how to manually do it)?
