buildsys: Error: could not make srpm

Hello there,

the buildsys can't find the source tarball of ktechlab for some reason
beyond my knowledge.

I've sent ktechlab's srpm with ./common/cvs-import.sh script. However
I just submitted and built "crystal" successfully through the same
procedures.
