Our >users< aren't fools (and (most) of 'em aren't rocket scientist
either. :-) Speaking about both RHEL and Fedora.

However, I think the *biggest* part of our >package monkeys< (the people
who need to *support* those arches) are quite well educated and have
strong Linux knowledge... Maybe I'm totally wrong - I don't hope so.

The way we put together the distro... Yes, without mp3 support for
example. I often heared: It's to difficult for me to use Fedora, because
they don't support this and that (out of the box)... Well mp3 *many*
times... :-) That's why it comes to mind mind first.

And the silly, dumb userbase who want Linux preinstalled on their
computers with printed handbook, some DVD and stickers and whatever...
We aren't going to support them with FLOSS only software anytime soon...

Some elitism is there for sure :-)
