Build Error/Job Failed but package created successfully

I'm having some strange build error/job failed problems.  This is
happening for a package on both FC-6 and EL-5 which built fine on FC-7
a week ago.  I get an e-mail saying there were build errors and the
job failed but looking at the logs I don't see where it is failing and
it looks like the package was created successfully.

The message states:
Build Error (Job 35515): pbzip2-1_0_2-2_fc6 on fedora-6-extras
Job failed on arch x86_64

FC6 build log:

Anyone know what is going on?
