how to rename a packge?

 I did same thing in last days (util-linux -> util-linux-ng).

 cryptosetup (=new package):
 http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/NewPackageProcess

 cryptsetup-luks (=dead package):
 http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/PackageEndOfLife

 + mail to rel-eng at fedoraproject.org
