Summary of the 2007-08-21 Packaging Committee meeting

Sorry for sending this notice out late this week; the summary has been
in the wiki but I was having trouble with email access today.

Meeting minutes and full logs of the packaging committee meeting which

Executive summary:

No new guidelines this week as there was no FPC meeting last week.

Issues pending FESCO ratification:
 * Guidelines for addons for the various versions of emacs:

Other discussion:
 * Whether the buildsys should fail builds that result in empty
   debuginfo packages.
 * What the License: tag actually applies to.
