Invalid key for elfutils?

Instaling the new update of elfutils, i found the following message

Downloading Packages:
warning: rpmts_HdrFromFdno: Header V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 30c9ecf8


Public key for elfutils-libelf-0.129-1.fc7.i386.rpm is not installed

I looked on another mirrors just to check if the RPM compromised but I
found the same error, all other RPM from fedora-updates are being
verified correctly

Anyone has noticed this???
